Professional BBQ Chefs (3 Hours)

Announcement: All BBQ assistants and Chef service will have 20% surcharge applicable on CNY eve, Day 1, 2 and 3.

Skilled BBQ Chefs in Chef Attire, for onsite service.

When you have premium dishes at your party and want Professional Chefs to manage your cooking well. Our Chefs have attended culinary schools and have at least 15 years of experience. They are able to handle the cooking flow and premium selections such as our Wagyu Tomahawk.

Due to the overwhelming request of the service of our BBQ Chef, please call us at 6392 8392 to enquire on the availability of our BBQ Chef.

1) Please inform us at least 5 days in advance, so we may make necessary arrangements. 

2) BBQ Chefs may be available for booking upon online orders above $220, to prevent abuse of our assigned Chefs.
(inclusive of GST and excluding any late order fees, pit rental and BBQ staff charges). 

3) Chef(s) will be responsible for starting the fire and cooking. Post-event cleanup shall be the hosts' responsibility.
The host must provide the BBQ pit and required tools (eg. charcoal, tongs, trays). 

4) Each Chef can manage about 20-25 pax worth of food within the designated hours. 
If you have a bigger party, do kindly plan for multiple Chefs or verify with us at 6392-8392.

5) A surcharge of $20 per Assistant for orders at NSRCC, parts of Lim Chu Kang, Tuas and Sentosa Island, due to inaccessibility.

6) Festive surcharge of $20 per Chef on Public holidays, due to tight availability. 
Special surcharge of $35 per Assistant on Christmas eve, Christmas Day, New Year Eve and New Year Day.
7) Please plan for delivery at least 15-20mins before arrival of Chefs,so that the frozen food may sufficient time for thawing.

8) Chefs are not held responsible for collection or relocation of food items delivered, in the absence of the hosts.

9) Chefs are reserved ONLY upon confirmation of payment.
10) Due to our EZBBQ's Halal policy, please understand that our assigned BBQ Chefs onsite can only cook the halal dishes from EZBBQ. 

1) When will I receive my order?

Your order will be sent to you within the selected delivery date and time window. Please do allow a 15min grace period before or after, as we may experience rough traffic, delays from previous customers, harsh weather or bad accessibility to your unit.

2) How does same-day delivery work?

You may select same-day delivery, as long as your order is accepted before 12noon (sun) or 2pm (Mon-Sat). After cutoff, all new orders' delivery date and time selection will be from next day's earliest timeslot.

3) What can I do if we have a urgent/last-minute need?

Please call 6392-8392 for immediate assistance, during work hours (10am to 6pm daily), or use facebook messenger to reach out to us. Alternatively, you might like to use our new Whatsapp function to get an almost-immediate response from us.

4) How are your items delivered?

Cooked Food 
All cooked dishes, fried or ready-to-eat food are packed in individual boxes, and prepared within the hour. Should the packaging be compromised, please reject the item(s) and let us know at 6392-8392 (Helpdesk)

Items that require finishing on site, or fully raw, are weighted and carefully packed into individual boxes for delivery. All frozen bbq items are delivered frozen, so as to reduce any possible risk of spoilage or infection or spillage.

Delivery vehicles - bikes, vans and private cars
Each order is individually packed and bundled in bags, warmer boxes or foam boxes. This is to reduce any possible risk of cross-contamination, or any non-halal ingredients that may be present in the despatch vehicle.

5) How much is EZBBQ's delivery fees?

Due to rapidly rising diesel and petrol costs, EZBBQ is trying our best to cap our delivery fees at $8.90 per location per order (minimum $45 upwards).

Free delivery is currently available for orders above $80 only.
