Cooking Instructions

Ways to prepare our EZBBQ dishes:

1. Pan seared Satay Goreng
- Defrost chicken satay goreng overnight in chiller
- Lightly Oil Pan
- Preheat the pan until slightly smoked
- Flatten and stir fry, repeat until satay meat is cooked 
- Add sliced chilli or capsicum to garnish
- Serve well with porridge or steamed rice

2. Toaster Satay Goreng
- Defrost chicken satay goreng overnight in chiller
- Lightly oil base of metal tray, evenly spread satay meat onto tray
- Preheat toaster / oven to 200 Deg C for 5 mins
- Toast / Bake for 15mins
- Add sliced chilli or capsicum to garnish
- Serve well with porridge or steamed rice 

3. Satay bee hoon
- Defrost satay sauce overnight in chiller
- Bring a small pot of water to boiling
- Blanch bee hoon for 5 min under boiling water, set aside
- Reheat satay sauce in a sauce pan until simmering
- Stir the satay sauce when cooking to prevent burning underneath
- Glazed the cooked satay sauce onto beehoon 

4. Pan-Seared Sambal Tumis Sotong Rings
-  Defrost sambal sotong overnight in chiller
-  Heat up a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil into it
-  Stir fry some onions , garlic until slightly brown
-  Add in the sambal sotong mix to the pan
-  May add some water according to the condition and stir fry
-  Keep simmering  or until the sotong is been cooked well
-  Served well with steamed white rice

6. Fries and black angus steak
- Defrost the black angus steak overnight in chiller
- High heat preheat the pan until slightly smokey
- Sear steak for one and a half min each side under high heat
- Lower fire and add a tsp of butter into pan
- Baste melted butter on top of the steak for extra flavour
- Rest steak for 3-5 min before slicing it
- Add some crusted black pepper and sea salt for seasoning
- Paired well with a glass of Stellenbosch cabernet sauvignon

7. Pan seared black angus steak with baked potatoes
- Defrost the black angus steak overnight in chiller
- High heat preheat the pan until slightly smokey
- Sear steak for one and a half min each side under high heat
- Lower fire and add a tsp of butter into pan
- Baste melted butter on top of the steak for extra flavour
- Rest steak for 3-5 min before slicing it
- Add some crusted black pepper and sea salt for seasoning
- Paired well with a glass of Stellenbosch cabernet sauvignon

8. Sambal sotong with indomie goreng
- Defrost sambal sotong overnight in chiller
- Heat up a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil into it
- Stir fry some onions , garlic until slightly brown
- Add in the sambal sotong mix to the pan
- May add some water according to the condition and stir fry
- Keep simmering  or until the sotong is been cooked well

10. Chicken Chop w Rice / Pasta / Fries
- Defrost chicken fillet overnight in chiller
- LIghtly oil base of cooking pan, heat up pan
- Sear fillet skin down in pan
- Flip over and sear other side
- Add in sauce inside meat container, cover pan and simmer until meat is cooked
- Serve well with porridge, steamed rice, fries or pasta

11. Rosemary lamb chop w/ mash potatoes
- Defrost lamb chop overnight in chiller
- Heat up a pan and add 2tsp of oil into it
- Sear one min each side of lamb chop until golden brown
- Brush bbq sauce on each side of the lamb chop 
- Serve well with potatoes ,butter rice or pasta

12. Honey Soy chicken wings and drumlets
- Defrost chicken wings overnight in chiller
- Lightly oil base of metal tray, even spread chicken wings onto tray
- Preheat toaster / oven to 200 Deg C for 5 mins
- Toast / Bake at 180 Deg for 15mins  
- Add sliced chilli or capsicum to garnish
- Serve well with steamed rice
