TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Information
EZBBQ delivers your orders via delivery vans, lorries, cars & bikes.
As best as we can in ensuring non-contamination, our delivery vehicles do not carry non-halal items at any given time we are using it for delivering EZBBQ items.
Delivery timing is per 2hours block, and while EZBBQ tries our best in ensuring timely delivery, please understand as road conditions may severely affect our schedule. Recipients are advised to be readily available at pickup point within the delivery timing block.
You may indicate a preferred timing, but while we will try our best, we do not commit to your fixed timing, due to conditions on the road.
We'll send you a confirmation email containing your purchase details as soon as the order is registered by our system.
2. Delivery Charges
We practice "Last-Mile Delivery", or also known as "to-door" service. All delivery practices require our staff to send to your pit/unit/chalet, as well as conduct a delivery check onsite.
2.a) Buffet Setup & Collection Inaccessibility Surcharge
For Buffet Orders with setup location without Direct Trolley/Lift Access, we will enforce a $50/order "inconvenience" surcharge. Our Ops and delivery persons typically perform setup and delivery for buffet at no additional charges, but due to the inaccessibility of locations due to Stairs, Lift Spoilage, Roof Terraces, EZBBQ will enforce a further $50 which will be used to compensate for additional manpower required.
2.b) Store Pickup Option
As Ezbbq strives to improve convenience and reduce operating costs, while keeping all your food and services as affordable as we possibly can, we have reviewed and tried to scale down on store pickup orders.
We regret the temporary inconveniences caused, as we revamp into a full-ecommerce and distribution platform, for better scalability and cost efficiency, and better long-term growth for the brand.

3. Payment Methods
We accept Paypal, Google Pay, Credit Cards (via Paypal), Internet Banking, Bank Transfers, Company Cheques, Government Gebiz and other Billing Portals.
All payments have to be verified by our staff prior to delivery, due to previous bad experiences with deliveries with unverified payments.
We seek your kind understanding on this matter.
On the check out page, you will be transferred to the payment gateway to complete your transaction. On successful completion, you will receive an email invoice confirming your order.
We pack your delivery into 3 main groups: "Frozen & BBQ", "Dry Goods" and "Cooked".
We may require usage of foam boxes (if any are purchased) during delivery.
Our delivery staff will be required to collect back all unpurchased foam boxes.
5. Returning an item
We do not entertain returning of delivered or purchased food products.
6. Cancelling an order
You may inform us via email, at least 1 day in advance, for any cancellation or reduction of food ordered. Any processing of refunds will wait till following Monday or Tuesday.
Cancellation on the day itself, a forfeiture of 100% on all unaccepted cooked food will be enforced, as there will be food wastage due to preparation. We might try to return the BBQ items, but not the cooked and fried food.
7. Placing an order
Our eCommerce Portal only captures orders up to 2 days in advance. If you require urgent and last-min addition, please kindly call our hotline at 6392-8392
Today (Thurs) before 4PM ordering for Friday = OK
Today (Thurs) after 4PM ordering for Friday = Not OK
Alternatively, you may walk-in to any of our current Retail Shops for Retail Sales.
8. Wrong Order Date
If customers select the wrong date for delivery online, and has made no attempt to update or inform our team at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, we will fulfill per order date, and deem order as fulfilled.
